Well done @RobC3 !
It really is an achievement and something to be proud of.
I enjoyed reading your post a lot.
It very much reminded me of the 'character arc' my younger self went through when working on my first ambitious projects many, many years ago. Very similar challenges and lessons learnt. I also remember the intensity of brain work and emotions, which the successes or failures in certain areas brought.
It can be quite overwhelming at the beginning, but things ease with time, and confidence only comes with experience.
Nothing can replace that and there are no shortcuts for personal growth.
Producing a series by yourself is an extremely complex task with so many moving parts and so many points where it can fail. Completing it successfully is not only a personal achievement, but also a proof of character.
Thanks for the thoughtful and introspective words, sorry that it has taken me a while to respond! Doing this work has made me learn a lot of lessons, and accept too the places where things can go wrong. It's a universal thing, like you mentioned how one cannot make a shortcut of having experience and doing the work. I'd certainly think I'm in a more confident spot than where I began.
